Thanks to its low molecular mass (15─50 kDa), it can penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin. It reduces transepidermal water loss and acts as a reservoir within the dermis by binding up to 1,000 times its own weight in moisture. It strengthens the skin’s barrier function, provides intensive and deep hydration, and produces a healthy, glowing appearance.

Ceramides

Ceramides are natural building blocks of the skin’s protective barrier that help prevent excessive transepidermal water loss and protect the skin against UV rays, pollutants, microorganisms and other external factors. USE
