Vitamin-mineral food supplement with omega-3
DHA Maternal intake contributes to the normal brain and eye development of the foetus and breastfed infants.
Information for pregnant and lactating women: beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake for omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e. 250 mg DHA and EPA.
Supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus.
The target population is women of childbearing age. Beneficial effect is obtained with a supplemental folic acid daily intake of 400 μg for at least one month before and up to three months after conception.
Neural tube defects in the developing foetus has multiple risk factors, changing one of these risk factors may or may not have a beneficial effect.
Folate (Folic acid) contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.Iron and Vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Instructions for use
Pregnant women, nursing mothers and women planning pregnancy take one (1) tablet and one (1) capsule per day, after meal.
